Landmark Insurance Agency LLC.

Jeffrey T. Betts and Maureen Boeing have combined over 25 years experience in the insurance industry to form Landmark Insurance Agency, an independent insurance agency. Landmark was set up to specialize in Commercial, Payroll Deduct Home and Auto, Association Business, Personal and Homeowners insurance protection. Landmark has several business ventures with mortgage lenders to offer low cost mortgages to their customers. As a full service agency we also provide health insurance, life insurance, disability, and long term care and commercial bonding.

Our Founders

Jeffrey T. Betts AU, President of Landmark Insurance Agency, LLC, has over 20 years experience in the insurance industry. Jeff brings both national and local experience in underwriting, agency management and sales to Landmark. He has managed commercial accounts ranging from national manufacturers and restaurant chains to local hardware chains, contractors of all sizes and wholesalers.

Maureen L. Boeing, CIC CISR, Operations Manager, has a degree in communications from the University of Cincinnati, held various positions with Applied Systems Users Groups, the Leader in Insurance Automation. Maureen's knowledge of the industry in both technical issues and automation is critical to Landmark's success.

Our Producers

Raymond L. Frey, Executive VP, As a native of Cincinnati, Ray graduated from Elder High School, Thomas Moore College and has a Masters of Business Administration from Xavier University. Ray served with the 9th Infantry Division In Viet Nam during 1967-68. Ray has over 35 years of experience in the insurance industry. He spent 15 years in various management positions with a couple of insurance companies including Hartford, Cincinnati Insurance Company and GRE/Indiana Insurance Company. Over the past 20 years he was the owner and operator of the “Frey Insurance Agency prior to his merger with “Landmark”. His clients include many contractors, manufacturers, wholesalers and retailers throughout the Greater Cincinnati area. Many of his clients have been with him for 15 years.

Mark W. Grethel,VP Individual and Group Benefits, Mark has been in the insurance industry since 1982. Mark specializes in individual and Group Benefits including life, health, dental, disability, 401k, Health Savings Accounts and other ancillary benefits.

William C. Leonard, Executive VP, Bill is prior owner of Leonard Insurance Agency and Leonard and Miami Valley Insurance. Bill has over 20 years of insurance experience.

Robert T. Grethel, Executive VP, Bob is prior owner of Cincinnati Suburban Insurance Agency, Inc. CSI had been operating on the west side of Cincinnati for over 20 years. Bob is married and resides with his wife Sue in the Loveland area.

Ken Ludwig, Ken has over 30 years of experience as a licensed insurance agent. Ken served in the US Marine Corp. and is licensed for all lines of insurance.

Jason Dimaculangan, Jason has 10 years of experience and is licensed for all lines of insurance.
